Typical pizzeria by the slope. Pizza good / very good.

The best pizza in Trentino and I'm Roman, and I've lived in Trentino for 19 years. Here at Caneva you eat pizza like in Rome, the pizza chef is from Rieti. Pizza never burnt, fragrant and not biscuity, thin with 20x100 wholemeal flour from Trentino and 80x100 Caputo. Various beers on tap, raw, amber etc. etc. Also worth trying are the baguette, wood-fired, goulash, and many other delicacies. Decent coffee. Courteous and fast service 💚💪 GT driver

Location located near the slopes and the car park. The first courses are good but especially the pizza!! Characteristic and welcoming rooms. Helpful and friendly staff.

Very nice place and close to the slopes. I would say the food is mediocre, especially the pizza, I expected higher quality, but being touristy that's fine. Very high prices.

I recommend this place especially for the really excellent and light pizzas!! The desserts are delicious, especially the Strudel. Waiters all very courteous and kind, fast and attentive service. Contrary to what I read in a review below, the staff do not seem to have ended up there by chance at all but on the contrary are very smiley and attentive. (Customers must also be courteous and respectful.) We went back 3 times during our stay in Folgaria and we also tasted salads, meat and hamburgers with rustic chips, all as delicious as the beer!!

Great choice of pizzas with excellent dough

I had lunch there twice during my stay in Folgaria. Cozy place, with the possibility of eating outside surrounded by greenery. Really very friendly staff. The pizzas are good, but above all the strudel is exceptional. Correct price, compared to many other places in the area.

Mi sono fermata al ristorante La Caneva per il pranzo durante un’escursione nei dintorni di Folgaria. Il locale si trova in posizione amena a Costa, graziosa frazione di Folgaria, e dispone di una veranda e di uno spazio esterno. Il menu propone sia pizze che piatti tipici trentini come i canederli e il tortel. Personalmente, ho preso il tortel di patate che viene servito con speck, formaggio di Lavarone e crauti e lo strudel di mele. Ottimi entrambi, soprattutto il tortel. Personale veloce, gentile e disponibile. Unico neo: la veranda, a mio avviso, è piuttosto rumorosa.

Personale bravissimo, sorridente, veloce, attento alle nostre esigenze. Piatti tipici, buona la scelta. Cibo buono, prezzi giusti.
