La Caneva In Folgaria

Mi sono fermata al ristorante La Caneva per il pranzo durante un’escursione nei dintorni di Folgaria. Il locale si trova in posizione amena a Costa, graziosa frazione di Folgaria, e dispone di una veranda e di uno spazio esterno. Il menu propone sia pizze che piatti tipici trentini come i canederli e il tortel. Personalmente, ho preso il tortel di patate che viene servito con speck, formaggio di Lavarone e crauti e lo strudel di mele. Ottimi entrambi, soprattutto il tortel. Personale veloce, gentile e disponibile. Unico neo: la veranda, a mio avviso, è piuttosto rumorosa.

We had dinner with pizza, mixed wholemeal dough, well cooked, light, quick service, small but well-kept place, indoor, veranda and outdoor tables, with typical mountain furniture. Possible takeaway. Convenient parking, nearby golf course and ski lift for the winter period

Fantastic experience, we come here every year and every time we return home relaxed and super satisfied, I recommend this place to you.

Modern place with a good variety of dishes between the smell and typical dishes. Normal prices and precise service.

We had both dinner and lunch in this place and we had a great time, the excellent cuisine, all the dishes ordered were really well made and tasty. The pizza is also very good in our opinion. The staff is courteous and kind... we will definitely return to this place

On the occasion of the Hellas training camp we visited this place for lunch. The interiors are welcoming. The pizza was excellent, for which we opted for light dough and quality ingredients. Friendly and quick service. Maybe some tables were missing oil and condiments, for which I had to ask, but I take into account that the place that day was really invaded by fans and therefore under pressure. We will try other dishes soon to be able to give five stars too.

Pizzeria nella frazione di Costa a pochissimi chilometri da Folgaria. Locale molto carino con veranda e posti all'aperto. Ottima pizza sottile e ottima birra alla spina della Pedavena.
