La Calcara di Guglielmi Vito In Pietragalla

The place is very clean and the girl who works there is very polite. The appetizers are almost all frozen, the first pizza was good, but the second one with cardoncelli mushrooms was unsatisfactory because the cardoncelli mushrooms were almost nonexistent.

so so good food and restaurant, very kind and friendly waitress, rare to find someone who can communicate well in another language in these areas. Next year we will definitely be back especially to try the pizza that unfortunately we couldn't eat for lunch

The "La Calcara" restaurant-pizzeria, located on the outskirts of Pietragalla (PZ), offers an excellent selection of pizzas and other dishes, including typical Lucanian specialties. The pizza has a light, easily digestible dough, a high but crispy crust, and high-quality ingredients. The cod and peperone cruschi option was truly delicious, as was the speck version. We also enjoyed the house antipasto, made exclusively with cured meats; everything tasted homemade. To finish, we found the desserts exquisite, including both the chocolate cake and the berry cheesecake.
