I give this place three stars. I thought it was magnificent, and I used to go there often, but unfortunately it's lost something. The girls who work there are talented and kind, but they don't have the same passion the owner had. It's not his fault, but it's been noticeable since he's been gone. He entertained, offered tastings, and made people want to buy with a warmth that came from knowledge and a love for his work. Unfortunately, that's missing now. It's pointless to promote a place on social media and not convey the same warmth in person. What a shame.

Always excellent. A historic spot in Spiazzo with an endless selection of cured meats, cheeses, and grappas from Trentino. The assorted cheeses are a must-try.
