A restaurant with a unique location and a friendly dog to welcome guests. We were offered a tasting of cooked and raw meats in various pairings. All the local products were excellent, especially the prosciutto.
The olive liqueur is a must-try.

The location is very close to the abbey, and it's a welcoming and traditional place. The staff is initially prompt and helpful, but service slows down considerably when the place fills up, leading to confusion. Prices are fairly in line with the quality of the products; the only problem is that you can't keep track of the bill, as it's not invoiced.

Excellent and well-maintained restaurant, with a very friendly and helpful owner and staff. A wide selection of cured meats and excellent meats, cooked with love by the owner. The first courses are also delicious, featuring traditional and flavorful cuisine. Excellent value. It's conveniently located on the Casilina Road, and there's on-site parking. I recommend stopping by; you'll be back.

Definitely worth the detour from the motorway. The antipasta is sublime. Lots of small dishes served with a smile by attentive but unobtrusive team. We only had room for antipasta at lunchtime but all the other pasta dishes coming out of the kitchen looked great

The best part of visiting a local osteria is that you get to savour high quality local products that are many times made by the owners. This is true here, and the in house made sausage was great!
In a place like this info not expect or look for a menus, I rather go on the recommendations of that day. Traditional slow cooked dishes require time and seasonal products, thus best to ask what they have been preparing all day.
The cheeses and cold cuts too were great as was the pasta with local porcini and sausage.
Expect nothing less in this welcoming and warm family run eatery.
