Definitely worth the detour from the motorway. The antipasta is sublime. Lots of small dishes served with a smile by attentive but unobtrusive team. We only had room for antipasta at lunchtime but all the other pasta dishes coming out of the kitchen looked great

Excellent welcome, a spectacular pig with potatoes. The only flaw is the lack of a menu, you have to rely on the owner's advice hoping that the final price is modest.

As a group of about fifteen people, we booked days in advance sight unseen. We found a small but welcoming environment, helpfulness and kindness on the part of the manager and his collaborators. First courses good and abundant... choice of various excellent second courses with various side dishes and at the end a more than honest bill... done with attention and a thank you from us. Thank you.

Very nice pub. A small selection of food, but everything is homely and you can see that it is made/served from the heart. I also recommend it because of the very nice atmosphere

The best part of visiting a local osteria is that you get to savour high quality local products that are many times made by the owners. This is true here, and the in house made sausage was great! In a place like this info not expect or look for a menus, I rather go on the recommendations of that day. Traditional slow cooked dishes require time and seasonal products, thus best to ask what they have been preparing all day. The cheeses and cold cuts too were great as was the pasta with local porcini and sausage. Expect nothing less in this welcoming and warm family run eatery.

They had dinner this evening in this small restaurant with a heart of gold! Excellent dishes from half-cooked Scottona with pistachio and lemon, to raw cow ham. To continue with a nice piece of good, tender pork with soft rind and well-distributed flavours. To finish with a Roman artichoke and a baked Scottona! Obviously accompanied by an appropriate wine from the Fortezza farm! I highly recommend

Un locale accogliente e casalingo. I gestori sono molto cordiali. Questa volta ho provato pappardelle al ragù del macellaio ed un carpaccio top.

15/06/2025: Ho scoperto questo ristorante grazie a degli amici e abbiamo mangiato davvero bene. Cucina genuina e casalinga fatta a mestiere. Ottima la fantasia di gnocchi. Super consigliato e prezzi davvero onesti. Personale gentile e disponibile.
15/03/2025: Alla Locanda degli Angeli di Pagliano La Locanda degli Angeli gran meraviglia: calda accoglienza come in famiglia! Antipasto "angelico" quasi divino: salumi, formaggi, verdure e buon vino! Gnocchi con pancetta croccante e pomodorini gialli dal gusto intrigante. Un piatto che scalda, che sa di passione, un morso, un sorriso, ed è già emozione. Seguono i ravioli di zucca con l’amaretto, un caldo abbraccio, un sogno perfetto. Un mix di sapori tra dolce e salato, che accarezza lieve il nostro palato. Poi i biscottini, un tocco di classe, la tentazione che il cuore ti spassa, con un sorso di Cesanese sincero, un rosso che scorre, rotondo e leggero. Alla Locanda tornerò assai presto: il cibo è capolavoro e il prezzo onesto!
