We had dinner with all our relatives at this restaurant and we appreciated the quality of the meat. The tartare, the Alba-style raw meat, and the tagliata were exquisite. The appetizers were average. It's a shame we sat down at 9 PM and finished at 1:30 AM.

Just a few hundred meters from the Gallico highway exit, Braceria Gangemi is a unique place for those looking to spend an evening relaxing and, above all, enjoying good food. Gaetano is the perfect host. His presence in the dining room is discreet and friendly, and when he leaves his realm (the kitchen), it's to pamper his guests. The experience is that of a family dinner where you know someone in the kitchen is eager to give you the best. But let's get back to the kitchen. Open view, an element not to be underestimated, is where Gaetano perfects his creations. Last night, we were a group of 12 friends and opted for a meat menu. The local appetizers (the zucchini flower fritters grown by Gaetano in his garden are out of this world) are exquisite, and the courses are endless. The pasta with white ragù and black truffle is highly recommended. And what can I say about the meat? The tagliata melts in your mouth, the lamb ribs are eaten one after another, the meat rolls melt in your mouth. A gem: the elephant ear cutlet. A kilo of pure goodness. How much did we pay? I'll just say that Braceria is one of the few places in the city where you can eat well (or better) at the right price. An experience to do and repeat!

For those who want to eat excellent meat, this is the place to be. Excellent dishes from appetizers to desserts, all prepared by the owner with passion and attention to local products. The restaurant is located on the first floor, while the butcher shop, run by the father, is located downstairs. Reservations are recommended for both lunch and dinner. The place isn't very large, but the spaces are well organized. The kitchen is open to the public. Renovations are currently underway on the upper floor, where a large terrace will be set up for aperitifs or al fresco dining.
