LA BRACERIA is a temple to meat, a place of worship for those who have an unconditional love for real, special, and incredibly good meat!
Here, true meat artisans offer the highest quality cuts.
Sizes for every palate and desire.
The appetizer is something that is difficult to describe.
Crostini with homemade lard.
A prosciutto that put the famous Parma and San Daniele to shame, but which were completely bland compared to LA BRACERIA's charcuterie masterpiece.
The Fracosta was sensational, cooked beyond perfection.
Sublime in flavor and texture thanks to its excellent Blue Rare cooking point.
The baked Avezzano potatoes tasted like dessert.
I rank LA BRACERIA among the top three places I've ever eaten meat, without a doubt.
It's already become a regular stop!
You guys are fantastic!
Special mention to Antonella, wife of the immense (in every sense of the word) Chef Luca Lucone Antonellis, a phenomenal grill master.
