We discovered "La Bottega dei Sapori Salentini" at the end of our vacation, looking for something delicious to take home... and we found so much more. The owner, Simona, is a fantastic person: kind, thoughtful, and able to make you feel immediately at ease, as if you were walking into the home of a longtime friend. I was having difficulty walking due to a minor injury, and without a second thought, she left the shop to help my girlfriend carry our bags to the car. Her kindness and helpfulness truly touched us. We want to compliment her not only on her wonderful welcome, but also on the food her mother prepared: a true explosion of flavors that will stay in your heart. Thank you, Simona, we will always have wonderful memories of you and your shop... but invite us to eat at her mother's house, it's a dream! ❤️

We were just 6 to eat some puccia sandwiches, the owner was very kind and very thoughtful, she only had two puccie and sent a friend of hers to the baker to get more so she could satisfy us all, because we all wanted the puccie. Malt sandwiches well filled, seasoned and served hot, an apotheosis for our palates, thanks to her and I recommend her to everyone if you pass by those parts.
