It is a small but very nice place, with good air conditioning and a large grill right in the room, where the meat is cooked directly, chosen from a nice variety... The tartare and desserts are also very good. Competent and friendly staff. Price in line with the quality of the food provided. A great experience. Highly recommended!

12/06/2025: An unforgettable meat experience in Tuscany During our trip to Tuscany, we had the privilege of dining in a restaurant that we will never forget. Nestled in the Tuscan hills, this place gave us the best Florentine steak of our lives. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by a warm and authentic atmosphere, with the scent of embers in the air that already gave us a taste of the evening. The kind and passionate staff guided us in choosing the cut and in explaining the maturation of the meat, strictly Chianina, cooked rare on live embers as tradition dictates. When the Florentine steak arrived - imposing, succulent, with a perfect outer crust and a pink and very tender heart - it was love at first bite. The flavor was deep, intense and pure, with the quality of the meat and the cooking of true masters. Accompanied by a full-bodied Chianti and simple but tasty sides (roast potatoes and grilled vegetables), it was the absolute star of the evening accompanied by a spectacular bottle of red. The restaurant perfectly reflects the soul of Tuscany: authentic, generous and tied to its roots. If you are a meat lover and want to experience the real Florentine steak, this place is a must.
