GOOD FOR THE SECOND TIME If you're lucky, they'll let you eat, and then you'll truly eat like a god. The restaurant owner is a nice guy, originally from Sicily, who, if he doesn't feel like cooking, tells customers to leave because he's tired... We happened to pass by his restaurant during the Napoli Calcio training camp. I'd read good reviews, but from the outside it's hard to tell what kind of restaurant it is. Outside, it only has a menu offering pizza, and it's half-ruined. The first time we went in, we asked if they only did pizza (as Neapolitans, we didn't want to eat pizza in Trentino), but instead of answering, he got defensive and told us he didn't have any room anyway. At that moment, inside, we saw the blackboard with the daily menu. Among the typical Trentino dishes, there were also fish dishes (spaghetti with clams). It was all very strange, and we left with regret. We returned after half an hour and went in. Seeing a free table for two, we approached and confidently asked for food, and they said yes. The place is small but very unique; there are only a few tables, and they're almost always reserved by people who know the restaurant and go there regularly. We had a first course with Trentino ragù and a potato rosti with speck, finishing with a tiramisu, all delicious, top marks. The table next to us, who were regulars, had spaghetti with clams (the look and aroma were truly inspiring). They assured us it was very good and that they always ordered fish dishes because they were a guarantee. In short, if you stop by, give it a try; it's worth it, and if you don't succeed on your first try, try again; you might have better luck.

3 stars only because we got there during that unfortunate Italian siesta and there was no pizza only spaghetti. The place was recommended by friends who were delighted with the pizza served there, a very atmospheric place, if someone is looking for luxury and waiter service, then don't go, but if you are looking for an Italian atmosphere, then by all means, just remember... after 4 pm😁
