The pizzas were simply unbeatable, unfortunately served only on a paper plate and with paper cups for the wine... Later, we read that it's only a takeaway pizzeria. Still, in my opinion, the best pizza in the last three weeks...

My partner, who is also chef declared the mixed sea food pizza he had the " best ever'. He went for the giant pizza and didn't leave a crumb. The husband and wife team are very welcoming and friendly too. The place to go in Oliena for pizze !!

Excellent wood-fired pizzas. The best I've had in Sardinia. Very reasonable prices. The restaurant isn't very appealing from the outside. I highly recommend it.

Bar Manù

24/10/2025: Two days ago, on the recommendation of the owner of an olive oil mill in Orosei, we luckily stumbled upon Trattoria Manù! Excellent cuisine, featuring both meat and seafood dishes. We enjoyed the fish ravioli and truffias with pumpkin cream, all accompanied by an excellent wine recommended by Efisio, the owner. His kindness entertained us and also advised us on our dessert choice: tiramisu with sheep's milk ricotta and ricotta cream! The place is beautiful, we hope to return because we had a great time!
04/10/2025: We went back three times because it was so good! Beautiful setting, friendly service and authentic, carefully prepared cuisine.
