We spontaneously got a table outside for eight people. The selection of cakes, tarts, ice cream, and coffee specialties is excellent. The table service was attentive, and the service inside was very friendly. Everything tasted delicious.

The best ice cream I’ve had in my entire trip to Europe! It really met my taste, and the coffee was good too. A special shoutout to the waiter (a tall, young white guy) who was so helpful, nice, and welcoming he made us feel very comfortable. However, my wife had a bad experience with the lady at the counter inside. My wife went in to take some photos of the shop to give a great review since she really loved the place. Unfortunately, the middle-aged lady spoke to her in a rude way, saying, “You should ask me before taking pictures.” We completely respect the rule, but the tone was unnecessary. Even after we explained the situation, she asked the other waiter to translate, and once he explained, her attitude became worse she spoke rudely in German and gave us a look that felt like she didn’t like us. We understand that not all bad behavior reflects the place or nationality, and everyone represents themselves. Overall, it’s a good place to visit, but that one interaction left a bad impression.
