I've been coming to this place for almost two years and have always had a good experience. However, in recent months I've noticed some changes that unfortunately impact the experience somewhat: the cooked tuna tastes different, it's more bitter, and it tends to overpower the other flavors in poke. Also, sometimes they forget some ingredients or add raw tuna instead of cooked tuna (or vice versa). For example, this evening, the raw salmon was missing from my bowl. A little tip: the mayonnaise applied on top and then closed with the lid often sticks, and it's a bit of a waste. Perhaps it would be better to add it to the bottom or serve it on the side. That said, the place remains a good choice and the staff is always welcoming. I always enjoy returning, and I hope you can take these comments as constructive feedback. 😊
