Off season, stopped by while walking around Galatina for lunch. Pizza was solid. The bathroom is behind the mirror in the far corner of the shop, I had trouble locating it initially.

A truly welcoming bar, where you immediately feel at home! The atmosphere is warm and relaxed, also thanks to the young guys who manage it with enthusiasm and friendliness. Always smiling, helpful and attentive to detail, they make every visit a pleasant experience. Excellent coffees, refined aperitifs and impeccable service. Highly recommended for a break with friends or even just to enjoy a moment of relaxation. Well done guys!

Le bar est sympathique. Le personnel est vraiment sympa. C’est joliment décoré. Les prix sont vraiment très abordables. C’est juste sur la place.

16/04/2025: A modern but at the same time familiar and welcoming pizzeria, located in the heart of Squinzano. The menu offers a perfect balance between tradition and creativity, with proposals that know how to surprise. I tasted the "Frisa Party" pizza: an explosion of flavor never experienced before, a true reinterpretation of the frisa in a pizza key. Simply magnificent! A unique gem that I only found here. Excellent food, quick and friendly service. Also perfect for families: high chairs and booster seats are available for the little ones. Highly recommended!

20/10/2024: It's not the first time I've gone to the Blue Cow and I must say that I've always been satisfied..This evening I went with my family and relatives to celebrate my son's graduation..what can I say!!!! All delicious, genuine, all made with their hands... and many many specialties. Quantity, Quality and Price really convenient!! Thank you Mariapia and Andrea for making us have a wonderful evening and for making us look good with our relatives... thank you so much ❤
