The place itself is magnificent, especially at sunset. There's a bit of inexperience in the dining room, and the menu leaves a lot to be desired.

An absolutely fantastic place, the staff is exceptional; knowledgeable, kind, and helpful.
The wines are top-notch, with no added frills, just grapes fermented according to tradition.
The food is also exceptional; I recommend the Anglonese soup and the sheep's scabecciu.
We've been twice and will return in the future.

As a wine enthusiast I was a bit hesitant when I saw the pictures. The place seemed so beautiful I thought it was probably optimized for mass tourism rather than quality and craft.
I could not be more wrong.
The view is sublime, but so are the wine and the food. Great ingredients make great products. And the staff is super nice and efficient. Not only that, it’s very reasonably priced and you can easily book via WhatsApp.
I left with an bottle of white wine which was truly something special and different.

Unfortunately, I can't give this experience 7 stars.
A stunning place, a feast for the eyes, with a breathtaking view.
Truly good, special wines... and delicious food.
The kindness of the staff is rare these days.
Mr. Dettori accompanied us on our way out and showed us a wonderful mastic tree (I love the scent of mastic, because it reminds me of a man I loved so much) and other local gems.
I'm a picky person, I like beautiful places... but this experience was truly superb.
I needed it.
I'll be back very soon.
And I recommend anyone who reads my review to visit this enchanting place as soon as possible.

Fantastic views, location, wine, and food.
All in keeping with Sardinian tradition.
However, I would recommend a few precautions.
We certainly appreciated them.
In the cellar, as wine experts, and given the price of the bottles ordered, I expected to receive—without asking—a bucket to keep the white wine cool and a change of glass between bottles of white and red.
Unfortunately, when we asked, we were told that "there are no other glasses, and the Cannonau covers everything."

A breathtaking place
Wines that are memorable (far from the standard of the otherwise pleasant Vermentino: the Dettori white has remained in my heart)
Cuisine that differs from the fixed menus imposed on tourists on the island (good, but not compatible with ultimately enjoying the experience)
Rooms for improvement:
- Impersonal and poorly trained service
- Disco pub music for teenagers, a jazz piped-in on the terrace would make the difference (or even nothing, cicadas and the view are enough)
- Ditto candles and a treat like a real dessert to finish, to let the guest linger a little longer
- €25 for a tasting of three white wines, two of which are budget-friendly, is not a fair price for the amount paid (tasting glasses, not full as anticipated)

Sometimes life takes us away from places and people for no apparent reason. The pauses, whether long or short, serve to inspire wonder. I'd been away from this farmhouse restaurant for many, many years. I've discovered an impressive level of culinary growth. Pina, chef and mother of Alessandro Dettori, the current owner of the estate, has experienced a growth I hadn't expected. The transition from her mother's excellent cooking to something perceptible only to those who know this profession: quality cooking, interplay of textures, balanced flavors, bold use of aromas. Country cuisine of the highest caliber. What more can I say? Well done, Pina. I never want to lose sight of you again.
