Kemado In Salerno

Five of us went last night and had a great time! A well-kept and welcoming place, with kind and attentive staff. The cuisine is a pleasant discovery: a successful fusion of Hispanic flavors and excellent grilled meats cooked fresh by the guests, along with carefully prepared and tastefully presented appetizers. Pleasant wines and excellent rums, presented in appropriate glasses. A little warm from the embers, but nothing that spoiled a truly enjoyable evening. Worth trying and definitely repeating!

An extraordinary culinary journey at Kemado Lunch at Kemado was a sensory experience of the highest quality. It all began with a glass of sangria and revisited tapas that immediately transported us to Spain. The egg was a true revelation: I'd never tasted anything so delicious, with original and perfectly balanced combinations. Then the journey continued to the East, where the highest-quality meat and the ability to cook it on the spot to your liking made lunch a fun and unique experience. And finally, the desserts: a chapter in themselves, capable of completely overturning my idea of ​​dessert! I recommend trying Kemado at least once in your life: a journey through flavors and cultures that is hard to forget.

A cute, slightly hidden place. A Japanese-style steakhouse, with a brazier in the center of the table for cooking the meat, which is served raw in small pieces, accompanied by sauces and oils to your taste. A hood dominates the center of the table (ours was a little greasy, to be honest, which knocks the otherwise courteous service down a notch). The meat was good, but not exceptional. A place to spend a pleasant evening, not—in our opinion—a gourmet experience. PS: There were two of us, my wife and I, and it wasn't exactly cheap (about €45/person, with an entry-level bottle of wine).

There's no restaurant like this in Salerno. Kemado is a unique experience truly worth experiencing: everything is meticulously crafted and perfectly balanced. The flavor of the meat is unmatched, unlike anything you've seen anywhere else, and even the tapas are truly unique. An ideal place for those who want to transcend classic Italian dishes and try something different and surprising. Highly recommended!

Great place with delicious food. If you want to get a new experience, you can fry meat yourself, sitting at the table. Got a good waiter who gave advice and picked out a great wine. A must-visit, at least try wagyu.

Servizio eccellente e carne di prima qualità. Il poter cuocere da se la carne non ha prezzo. Infatti ciascuno la cuoce come meglio desidera. Così si evita di avere piatti o troppo crudi o troppo cotti. Grazie al sistema di cappe a disposizione per ciascun tavolo non c'è né fumo. Certo il prezzo non è economico. Ma ne vale decisamente la pena.
