Kemado In Salerno

Modern restaurant located a few km from the center of Salerno. The location is really excellent, suitable for spending a quiet evening. The service is efficient and friendly. The meat is really of excellent quality (the menu is made up of 4 possible alternatives made up of multiple varieties of meat). What I find inconsistent is how such high-quality meat that requires very specific cooking (like Kobe's) can be cooked on the plate located on the table by the diners themselves while being served raw. This is unfortunately a contradiction that should not be underestimated since all the flavor of the meat is at stake here. Account in line with the quality of the raw material supplied but a discount would be necessary for customers as they are also chefs.

I got the cheapest at €80 with tapas, meat (very little) and a dessert. The 3 stars for the food are due to the low quantity which cannot always be compensated by the quality. Too little food for this price. The meat was also good but you can't pay an €80 menu and leave there hungry like a wolf. Yes, a nice experience but far too salty. I will not return. Good but the game is not worth the candle.

Excellent service, refined and quality food, excellent welcome. These are the restaurants that I like, where you can breathe quality and passion. Recommended for those who are not satisfied, like me! We returned after a year and found less refinement in the tapas, the patatas bravas were simple potatoes with peel, accompanied by a banal mayonnaise with paprika. The meat is always excellent! We were used to excellence and we were a little disappointed, also because the quality has dropped and the prices have gone up. Go back to being what you once were!

Alternative to Salerno. Excellent quality meat. Unfavorable quality/price ratio.

One of the best addresses in Salerno. Korean BBQ meets tapas. What more do you want. Definitely a tip.

Sicuramente una bella esperienza, scelta della carne ottima una fusione tra Giappone e Spagna che si percepisce molto. Noi abbiamo scelto un menù basic , che ci ha fatto assaggiare un po’ di cose ma sicuramente non ti riempie tantissimo. Un consiglio secondo me i pezzi della carne vanno fatti con più abbondanza e meno tapas all’ ‘inizio, chi viene lì anche con un menù basic deve poter uscire soddisfatto per la carne mangiata .
