Beautiful restaurant, excellent quality food. The best all-you-can-eat in Bolzano. Very friendly staff, they explain how to order well, and the dishes are very beautiful. There are many dishes to choose from, a wide selection of more than 300 dishes. Free parking.

AYCE Blue Restaurant

18/01/2026: Everything you could need – simply top-notch! We were there with our dog, and that was great too (walking area, dog treats, dog shower)... The restaurant was delicious! We'd love to come back again :)
12/10/2025: One of the few dining options for hotel guests. The service and food are decent. While the view isn't particularly impressive, the quiet atmosphere is pleasant. However, when groups of tourists, especially Chinese tourists, flock here, the atmosphere becomes more like a market.
