We've been regulars at Kandoo since it opened. When we want to savor oriental cuisine, we have no doubts about where to go. The refined, designer atmosphere stands out from all the other restaurants. The dishes are always top-notch, featuring top-quality ingredients that are constantly updated. The wine selection is absolutely niche and unique. Our must-haves are always the uramaki with scallops, amaebi, mango, and red prawns, and recently we've chosen the wagyu version, a must-try! We decided to spend an evening in Cremona and, intrigued by the reviews, we wanted to try this restaurant. The setting is beautiful, but the outdoor area definitely detracts from it...it's next to a busy roundabout, making parking impossible. I found the service rather cold, while the sushi was quite good, but I found the prices to be way too high. Two udon noodles, four uramaki (the cheapest ones), two desserts, and one water, €113, seems rather excessive. What a shame.

Excellent food, but disappointing service. We waited a long time to order, and in the end I had to call the waiter.
One dish had almost been forgotten, and it was brought to me at 10:00 PM (we'd sat down at 8:30 PM).
The food was really excellent, but I expected something more.

The quality of the food and the presentation of the dishes are superb.
The place is very elegant, the only drawback being the tables being very close together.

Location: elegant and clean. The smell is a very important detail: the fragrant atmosphere is a meticulous attention to detail that wins many awards.
Staff: polite and friendly
Quality: good.
Prices: a bit higher than commercial ones, but you know what you're getting.
The owner at the cash register is great because he welcomes you with a smile!

The food was okay, a little pricey perhaps, but the service was excellent. The tall Pakistani waiter with the mustache was especially kind in explaining how to pair the dishes with sauces and was generally very attentive—even though we were clearly a bit of a fish out of water in the atmosphere.
