15/09/2025: We only ate there, so my review doesn't concern the hotel but only the restaurant: the service (Nico) was truly attentive and precise. The dishes were plentiful and well-cooked, and the price was reasonable. We ate spaghetti with clams, gnocchi with scampi, grilled vegetables, and seafood salads: everything was incredibly fresh and, most importantly, served on a splendid veranda overlooking the lake.

21/08/2025: A good restaurant on the lake. Excellent meat and fish. If you're on the shores of Lake Bolsena, I'd definitely visit Capodimonte.
