Place where we only had dinner once. We had a very good time and ate some truly incredible pork ribs. The prices are in line with those of the Fassa Valley and the service was excellent. I highly recommend.

Piccolo ristorante di fronte alla chiesa di Soraga, gestione familiare curatissima, menù con piatti tipici, rinnovato spesso con nuove idee. Primi eccezionali, secondi di carne ottimi, dolci squisiti.

Bar che è diventato ristorante, si vede che c è una ricerca per far star bene gli ospiti mentre cenano, tavola ben apparecchiata con sedie/panche adeguate. Il menù è ricercato cercando di accostare modernamente materie prime del territorio. Abbiamo condiviso un antipasto (salmerino molto gustoso e ben presentato) un primo (tagliolini con tartufo nero ) ed un secondo (luccio croccante molto ben accompagnato) bevendo al bicchiere due Sauvignon ed un Gewurtztraminer (5€ a bicchiere, prezzo adeguato). Personale gentile e piatti molto buoni, forse un po’ spinto il prezzo (76€ senza dolce e caffè)

Just go! Delicious food, friendly people and very clean toilets. In short, love for their profession! Highly recommended, if you are here in the village, walk in here.
