24/06/2025: We entered this place with great expectations and it fully met them. The service is absolutely adequate: the waiters put you at ease, they put you at ease even with extreme professionalism. The raw material is excellent and we have never tried dishes like this, every bite was a delight. The environment is very comfortable and very clean: especially the bathroom very clean and well-kept. The only problem we encountered was the parking, because not being from the area, even though they had given us directions on the parking it was not very easy to find them. Luckily, however, we called the place that gave us further directions on where to find it and everything went well. I highly recommend trying it.

12/03/2025: I have had the pleasure of dining here over and over again and the experience was definitely more than positive. The restaurant, located in a quiet area of ​​the city, is elegant and welcoming, with a modern design that creates a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for an intimate dinner or an evening with friends. The variety of the menu is remarkable, with a selection of traditional Japanese dishes alongside some innovative proposals. The sushi, prepared with very fresh fish, literally melts in your mouth. The maki, nigiri and sashimi are executed to perfection, with a balance of flavors and impeccable presentation. The quality of the ingredients is unquestionable, with the tuna and salmon standing out for their freshness. Don't miss the special dishes, such as the "sushi roll with avocado and mango", which offers a delicious contrast of sweet and savory flavours. The variety of appetizers is also excellent, including the "tuna tartare" and the "gyoza" which are a perfect prelude to the meal. The service was attentive and professional, with staff ready to recommend pairings and answer any questions. The waiting times were short, even though the place was quite busy.
