We have been to this restaurant many times and have always been very satisfied. Food very good and sushi always very fresh and of good quality. Would love to come back.

01/07/2024: I've already tried a few sushi restaurants in Bolzano, but SHIRO has been unrivaled for years... and not just in Bolzano. You can taste that everything is very fresh. Absolutely trustworthy and recommended! My tip: Millefoglie
