autentisch ist anders: einige wenige Gerichte waren geschmacklich erträglich; aber insgesamt war das Wakame aus der großen Dose, die Crackers hinterließen fettige Finger und nur der Gemüsereis war einigermaßen gesund und wohlschmeckend der Preis war "touristisch"

Insushi is a great sushi restaurant in Bolzano! Francesco is always very attentive and gives us superlative service. 21/09/2025: I've been to Bamboo Restaurant and I must say it was a very pleasant experience! The restaurant has been tastefully renovated and has a welcoming, modern atmosphere. The dishes we ordered were excellent and well-prepared, with fresh ingredients and balanced flavors. The service could be a little better, but overall we were treated well. The staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a high-quality dining experience in a pleasant atmosphere. I recommend booking in advance to secure a table.
