I usually prefer to book, because especially at peak times it can be a bit crowded, but this is also a sign of the popularity of the place. For me, Insushi is a perfect choice for a quality dinner in Bolzano, whether with friends, as a couple or even just for a quiet evening. A restaurant that continues to confirm itself as among the best in the city in its category!

Food is great and at very reasonable rice. Sushi rice is well seasoned. Everything is served in big pieces. I've never eaten salmon shasimi cut this big. Totally recommend.
