A wonderful surprise in Pergine! Recommended by a chef friend, we decided to dine at Innesti for four. Everything was perfect, from the online reservation to the bill. Refined dishes, top-quality ingredients... a true delight for the palate. We chose the seven-course menu with wine pairings chosen by our server. A particularly positive aspect is that you don't have to order a set menu for the entire table, and some dishes can be substituted for other dishes from the menu. A casual and elegant restaurant; the courteous and friendly staff deserves a special mention. Excellent value for money. Saved to favorites ❤️

Refined menu, unique pairings, and impeccable service. Prices are high, but justified by the high-quality ingredients and gourmet dishes. You have to like the genre. Ideal for a special occasion. Congratulations to everyone!

We tried the grafting menu and the root menu to sample multiple courses, and we thoroughly enjoyed them all. The wait times were reasonable and well-adjusted given the different number of dishes on each menu. The service was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was very welcoming.

We went to the Autumn Merenda event: truly special, everything delicious, I particularly enjoyed the pumpkin and Trentingrana cappuccino!!

Let's start with the positives: the restaurant is truly lovely, with an elegant atmosphere, friendly staff, and refined, carefully prepared, and beautifully plated dishes. The overall quality is high. We chose the "roots" menu, with me varying the first course (tagliolini instead of tortelloni) and the dessert ("Chocolate, raspberries, and mascarpone" instead of the "Larch, Swiss pine, and lichen" dessert). What we didn't like: quality isn't measured solely by the dishes served, but also by the time it takes to serve them, which must be reasonable. We're certainly not a fast food restaurant, but two and a half hours for a four-course menu is objectively too long; forty minutes between courses is an excessive, almost annoying, wait, to the point that the end-of-the-evening mood was, unfortunately, negative. There was also a bit of experimentation with the "Larch, Swiss pine, and lichen" dessert, which my wife only tasted and left on her plate.

My girlfriend and I had dinner at Innesti this evening, and what can I say... top-notch cuisine, excellent service, and a super modern, romantic atmosphere that creates the perfect atmosphere for a couple! Compliments to all the staff, we'll definitely be back!

We attended a special dinner where a five-course menu was "expected," and each course was paired with a "Spherified Cocktail." The menu even included a note saying "cocktail pairings included." I'm truly sorry to give such a negative review, but we felt a bit cheated. You can't organize an evening (at the modest price of €95.00 per person) where the focus should be this pairing, and then all you end up with are four jelly-like spheres on your plate. The risotto was the only course where, in addition to the spheres, a taste of this cocktail was served, so you could clearly understand the pairing. Furthermore, unfortunately, "spherifying" these cocktails greatly enhanced the bitterness of the alcohol, and I think it somewhat ruined the dish and the final result. A shot accompanying each course would have been enough, both to give you a taste of the flavor and to make you feel less "ripped off" at the final bill. The place was beautiful, the concept would have been interesting, and the food would have been good. But spending €200 per couple for an evening like that seems like a real joke to me. In short, we left with a bitter taste in our mouths, in every sense of the word.

Guide Michelin describes this as „restaurant, where both the decor and the cuisine are contemporary-Alpine in style“. True. The food is excellent and the service very good - 1 star less for the latter as we had to wait too long for some water at the start. Great value for money and especially the prices for wines are rather modest. Clearly recommended!

I went to this restaurant for dinner a few weeks ago. Nothing to say, just lots of compliments! The atmosphere, service, and food were impeccable. It's hard to find a restaurant of this caliber in the area, especially such a warm welcome from the staff. I appreciated the quality and the selection of local products paired with unique flavors. Excellent value. Highly recommended.
