Inverso Pinasca, welcoming environment, friendly staff, always available and attentive. Quality pizza and excellent cuisine! And the owners are truly special! A heartfelt thank you Barby and Lory….the dining room staff lacks nothing and therefore a thank you to all of them too!!!! Recommended place

Light, very thin and tasty pizza, you would eat a second one. Present and courteous staff; Fast service despite the place being full. Basic/rustic but welcoming location, what you would expect in that area. Account in order, we will be back.

Group pizza tour (25 people), excellent pizzas, adequate speed of service considering the place was full on a Saturday evening. Friendly and quick staff, no complaints, in fact both the place and the pizza tour are recommended. We will be back to try other pizzas.

12/03/2025: I went to Ebrius for a tasting, I can say that the products are excellent, care in their production of cheeses from the simplest to the most elaborate, exceptional blue cheeses, well-kept and welcoming environment, perfect!
