Se siete a Varazze e cercate una pizza davvero buona, Rugantino è la scelta giusta! L’impasto è perfetto, soffice ma con la giusta croccantezza, la mozzarella filante e il sugo ricco di sapore. La margherita è spettacolare, semplice ma fatta a regola d’arte. E se volete qualcosa di più ricco, anche le pizze farcite sono abbondanti e ben equilibrate. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è imbattibile, e l’atmosfera è accogliente e conviviale.

A little noisy but these are details for the rest 5 stars would not be enough the pizzas phenomenal the courtesy and kindness of the staff impeccable. For us it was the first time at Rugantino, but it certainly will not be the last. Compliments everything deliciously fantastic

29/07/2025: The true revelation at Finale Arriving by chance, I was pleasantly surprised to discover what will remain, after a culinary journey across Italy, one of my best meals. The pici cacio e pepe alone is worth the drive: a perfectly executed dough, with just the right amount of spice, both generous and refined. The ravioli are no exception, hearty, balanced, and carried by a filling full of character, without ever being overdone. The pizzas are of the same ilk: well-filled, flavorful, with a dough that manages to be thin and subtle without losing texture. A warm welcome, unpretentious yet perfectly mastered cuisine—this is Finale's pleasant surprise for those looking for a sincere meal, driven by a love of good produce and a job well done. My canteen!
