Excellent vegan food. Spaghetti with arugula pesto, sautéed carrots and celery, superb. They were kind and helpful.

We enjoyed a stay at the Hotel Elda. The location was charming, the service impeccable, pleasant, and punctual, the food was excellent, and they were always ready to meet our guests' needs. They welcomed us as if we were part of the family. We highly recommend it and will definitely be back.

New facility with a pool and sauna, meticulously maintained down to the smallest detail. Breakfast offers a wide selection of sweet and savory options, and the dinner menu is also excellent, with vegan options available. I'd give a sixth star to the entire staff, from the front desk staff at check-in to the restaurant staff, who were always available to answer any questions and were incredibly kind. We'll definitely be back!

Beautiful hotel, great grounds, and immersed in nature. The food was excellent. Unfortunately, we only had a room without a balcony, so we had to request one in advance. The service overall was a real delight!!!!!!

Beautiful property in Val Concei, in a quiet area surrounded by greenery. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room is large and clean. Vegetarian options are always available on the dinner menu, and you can bring your dog into the restaurant. Highly recommended!

It was a lovely two-day vacation, but I would have stayed longer for all the great things the location has to offer. The staff is incredibly friendly.

We had a truly wonderful time at this hotel! The staff is exceptional: kind, helpful, and always smiling, they made us feel right at home. The food is excellent, but a special mention goes to the breakfast: rich, varied, and with many truly delicious homemade products! We stayed in the annex, and even though it was separate from the main building, the room was very beautiful, well-kept, and spotlessly clean. A perfect stay, we'll definitely be back.
