Excellent meat, excellent pizza, quiet place.

For me, this is the best restaurant ever. We've been coming back to this family-run establishment every holiday since it opened over 35 years ago. All the dishes are homemade, from appetizers to pizza, fish, and especially the fantastic grilled meat. Everything tastes amazing, and there's something for everyone. Today, the chef bought some special meat: Fiorentina, or veal cutlet, from Tuscany. You can taste that the meat has had time to mature, not mass-produced. It's prepared with love and skill on an open grill and served on a hot stone so you can enjoy it at your leisure. It's perfectly seasoned, cooked to perfection—an absolute delight. The "nonna" makes the desserts herself, including fantastic tiramisu, cakes, panna cotta, and more. And of course, there's the pizza, which has made the restaurant famous for decades. I also love the combination of fresh, paper-thin breaded calamari with Mediterranean vegetables. ... You simply have to try everything if you can only come once a year... Update 2022... Finally being able to be back at this restaurant was simply wonderful. I recommend trying everything on the menu from top to bottom... I'm adding some new photos. 5-star quality. Thank you, Nicola and family. Update 2025... There's always something new to try here. You absolutely must try the tuna tartare! It HAS to be fresh, and here it definitely is... So good, so delicious, great sushi quality. Every year we look forward to going here. Absolutely recommended, a true multigenerational restaurant! 👍🙏

Enchanting location. Excellent food and welcoming, kind, and professional staff. Only kind words. They welcomed us divinely and treated my furry four-legged friend the same way. Only compliments and kindness. Excellent place, I would gladly return. For now, it's just a goodbye, unfortunately a short stop in Diano Marina. Restaurant that we highly recommend!!! We went there twice, the first time for pizzas which were very good and the second time for the meat which we enjoyed. Cooking over a wood fire, friendly and very professional staff. See you soon.

We discovered this place in 2024, and we loved it so much we returned in 2025. The food is excellent: the pizzas, the fritto misto, the rostelle, the fries are truly excellent, the meringue, the profiteroles, and the service is very efficient and friendly. It's not a tourist restaurant, but frequented by locals. Outside, it must be fantastic when the lemon trees are in bloom... Thank you for the jar of spicy oil you gave us; we really appreciated it. The pizza is amazing, at least in my opinion. Thin but not toasty, light but tasty, filled with quality ingredients. Quick and friendly service. The beer is excellent (like, not a few fingers of foam). Prices are reasonable, so I definitely recommend this place. 👍

We ordered grilled fish and meat, everything was good, the staff was kind and helpful, close to the center. I recommend it.

We came here for the fritto misto because someone recommended it to us. The fried food was very good; the portions aren't huge, but the quality is good. The grilled vegetables weren't exactly exciting, but the desserts were out of this world, especially the chocolate cake. The price was right. The staff was friendly.

Dinner with friends. The pizza is good, well-leavened (it doesn't make you thirsty) with the right toppings. The meat dish is very generous and would serve two. We complimented the quality and cooking of the ingredients. The atmosphere is welcoming and unique, with an ancient well in the center of the walled courtyard. Prices are average. We'll be back.
