A quiet place, perfect and friendly service, good food, good price, worth returning with family and friends

All good, except the plain pasta....12 euros pure madness!

It's a fall Saturday, and I'm hungry. It's around 1:00 PM. I was in the area with friends. I try it. It was worth it. Appetizer with burrata, figs, and prosciutto. First course: fusilli with Trapani-style pesto. Now I'm considering dessert. My rating for this place is: highly recommended. Everything was delicious (the appetizer was perhaps a little better than the main course, but everything was excellent).

Great welcome, good pasta restaurant, great pizza. We appreciated the manager even though we didn't speak Italian. We enjoyed the staff and the food.

"I had dinner this evening at IL PORTICO restaurant and my family and I were very satisfied. The atmosphere was welcoming and the staff very kind and helpful. I tried the spaghetti allo scoglio, which was delicious, perfectly cooked and with a creamy, flavorful sauce. The tiramisu was also excellent. The service was impeccable, with attentive and friendly waiters. Excellent value for money. I highly recommend it!"

We can't give more than 5 stars; I would have given 10. Lunch at Portico on Sunday between our boyfriend's swimming competition at Pia Grande. The pizza was excellent, the fish-based first courses were plentiful and of high quality, and the extra menu, improvised with care and attention for the athlete in question (our son), was excellent. At the end of lunch, a special treat, a must-try, which my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed. Compliments to the dining room and kitchen staff, and to Davide, who was so kind and accommodating to our requests. We will be returning to Portico very soon. I repeat, 5 stars are not enough!!

What can I say… simply perfect. Every detail in this restaurant is taken care of with love and passion: from the fragrant and light pizza, to the delicious dishes prepared with the freshest ingredients, to the impeccable service, always friendly and smiling. The atmosphere is just right: simple, warm, welcoming, like a dinner with friends or a Sunday with family. It is not just a place to eat well—it is a place where you feel good. It is difficult to find such a balance between quality, simplicity and heart. I will definitely return, and I will bring anyone who wants to live an authentic and genuine experience. A true gem.
