We went to this restaurant for lunch and were greeted wonderfully, even though we hadn't booked. The Catalan-style monkfish and spaghetti with sea urchins, bottarga, and oysters were superb. Well done. Keep up the good work. Highly recommended.

My family and I went to this restaurant, which was recommended by others. We were pleasantly surprised by the food and service. Friendly, professional staff. Perfect cuisine. Tasty appetizers. Spectacular first courses. Impeccable service. The friendliness of the waitress, Sara. The kindness of the gentleman in the dining room. The harmony between colleagues was palpable. It's a pleasure to find such a staff. Congratulations, guys. To the kitchen, to the dining room, to everyone. We'll be back. Rating 100/100.

We stopped for lunch on our way back from vacation. We chose appetizers and fish-based first courses. The presentation of the dishes was beautiful and everything was very good and the portions were generous. The staff was friendly and very professional. I highly recommend stopping at this restaurant

04/09/2025: A truly delightful place, superbly managed by the owner and her husband (the super chef). Definitely worth a visit and a wonderful evening with excellent dishes accompanied by equally excellent wine.
28/08/2025: We went there this evening to eat a fish dinner that was nothing short of exquisite, excellent food and excellent service...we will definitely be back 😉😋

Ristorante Monti Blu

17/08/2025: Passing through Nuoro, I discovered this very characteristic restaurant in the historic center, tastefully furnished, almost by chance. You'll be greeted with great kindness and can savor many dishes, including the long-cooked suckling pig. Everything is delicious. I highly recommend this place.
