Good restaurant. Pretty good location. Inside the place is a bit dull, the atmosphere is not relaxing or stimulating. The menu is decent although not particularly varied or different. The food is good, overall the flavors are characteristic of good cuisine. The service is efficient. The price is quite honest. It is a restaurant where we can return every now and then.

A point of reference for fish cuisine in Nuoro, it also has other "goodies" on the menu that stimulate the curiosity and taste of its customers. The choice of raw materials is excellent, as is the team's ability to enhance them. High quality service and good value for money complete the experience.

Simply divine! The seafood fantasy is fabulous with always new proposals.... Not to mention the raw seafood proposal.... FABULOUS! the staff is always smiling and courteous, even the room is expertly designed: the tables are at the right distance without hearing the chatter of the neighbors... You are simply fantastic!

Most excellent. Great food, lovely service, nice surroundings, pleasant atmosphere. Prices on the low side considering the quality. Would highly recommend.

16/02/2025: In the days spent in Nuoro, we had lunch at the Montiblu restaurant which far exceeded expectations. Very nice and particular place, mention for the service, the boy who welcomed us and served us for the whole lunch was impeccable. The food was excellent, from starters to desserts and above all the presence of vegetarian options on the menu, which is not to be taken for granted. Pet friendly restaurant (our dog is still grateful for the taste of meat) Here in Nuoro, hospitality is at home, we will be back soon! Truly Congratulations

31/01/2025: Wonderful and super welcoming restaurant in the heart of Barbagia. The flavors of typical Sardinian cuisine are unmistakable. Staff helpful and attentive to every detail. Highly recommended!!
