We had the pleasure of dining at Il Pesce Nero, and the experience was exceptional. The restaurant offers a welcoming atmosphere perfect for those looking for an evening of good food and relaxation. The menu is a true celebration of fresh fish: each dish is prepared with care and creativity, highlighting the flavors of the sea. We started with a melt-in-your-mouth "grilled octopus on chickpea cream" starter, with the highest quality ingredients and impeccably presented. The first courses, such as the "spaghetti with cherry tomatoes, pistachio and prawn tartare" were balanced and delicious, with generous portions and condiments that enhanced the natural taste of the fish. The second course, "grilled shellfish and calamri", was also sublime: the fish was cooked to perfection, juicy and tasty. The dinner ended with desserts that were beautiful to look at and delicious to eat! The service was impeccable, with friendly, attentive staff ready to give excellent advice on both the menu and wine pairings. In conclusion, "The black fish" in Vada is a pearl for those who love seafood cuisine. Excellent quality, relaxed atmosphere and very high level service make this place a must. We will definitely be back!
