I have been to this place several times and each time it confirmed the excellent first impression. What I appreciate most is being able to combine a more elegant soul with a more traditional and genuine one, without betraying either. I love the thoughtful service. The desserts are also worth mentioning. Reservation recommended.

We live in Rome and come to Naples for work and family, since I'm Neapolitan! Very nice restaurant, refined food and oil.... beautiful discovery of Antico Frantoio Muraglia. Absolutely top I recommend it!

Discovered it last night, purely by chance since we were looking for a pizzeria without a reservation on a Saturday evening. We turn around to leave and notice this very nice, intimate place and we rush in, also given that we are hungry since it was almost 10pm. They make us sit down, they explain the menu to us, we take 3 appetizers (one of which I requested and which wasn't on the menu but the staff made themselves available to accommodate me), 3 second courses and drinks. Everything fresh, well-executed dishes, young and very kind staff. Absolutely a beautiful discovery. We will return without a doubt.

Casualmente per lavoro, a pranzo, è stata davvero una piacevolissima sorpresa. Location accattivante, pulita, moderna, con cucina a vista. Personale educato, cortese, professionale, veloce, sempre sul pezzo. Abbiamo preso il menù fisso, un primo, un secondo e l'acqua ed abbiamo pagato quindici euro a persona. Spettacolari le orecchiette al pesto con le cozze. Cibo di qualità, e ripeto, davvero una bella scoperta.

Amazing!!!! We ate really well. We were 9 people and despite this all the staff came to meet us and the waiting times were very short. We chose 4 starters to put in the middle (one better than the other, especially the tuna tartare with figs and stracciata), then two first courses, spaghetti with clams and tagliolini alla nerano. The latter were fabulous, they melted in your mouth from how creamy and tasty they were, compliments to the chef. All accompanied by good wine. Finally I had a tiramisu, good, but I preferred the chocolate caprese. Thank you for the experience and as promised I will come back to visit you. See you soon!

13/11/2024: “Open-mindedness is not a skull fracture” 🤪 How many prejudices do we have towards everything that is unknown to us? And how many clichés have you heard about people, situations, food...? I could start a long discussion starting from the classic social and racial prejudices and the resulting clichés. Sometimes it's so hard to open other people's minds and let in a glimmer of modernity. There is the title of a book, by Samuele Roccatello, which I have always liked a lot and I find it specifically ad hoc for all this and for my post, in which I obviously talk about food! 😊 “Open-mindedness is not a fracture of the skull” precisely because we must not remain silent in the face of the prejudices and injustices that sadly permeate our society today. Now if I were a person with high levels of prejudice, my innate curiosity would be extinguished and I would never dream of going to eat in a starred restaurant because they offer "mini portions" and I would never go to eat in a restaurant that has a culture cuisine clearly different from mine. And yet I don't like to stop at appearances. I want to discover, know, savor...then I draw my very humble considerations and opinions. Staj Noodle bar: in Chiaia: 10/10 Courtesy, extreme kindness, excellent ingredients, an excellent Caprettone del Vesuvio combined with our succulent dishes, rich in flavours, aromas, perfumes, degrees of spiciness that are never overwhelming but enveloping. High prices, but quality must be paid for.. Always!
18/10/2024: Highly recommend the sake selection and the shoju ramen! The chasu is delicious

25/07/2024: A Japanese fusion where it is always a pleasure to go to dinner; each bite is a play of flavors that enhance the ingredients that compose it; satisfying for the sweet tooth. Very fresh ingredients, great care in preparing and preserving food. Friendly and very pleasant staff. Promoted, always!
