I recommend it, the food is excellent, typical Calabrian cuisine, all homemade, a typical welcoming place and friendly staff, not to mention the owner, a very kind and honest gentleman from another era. I lost a pair of glasses and he immediately took steps to send them to me, a truly good man.

We stopped to sleep and eat at "Il Normano" on our way to Sicily. The rooms were very welcoming, spotlessly clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need. They offer self-service breakfast; we enjoyed it very much. As for the restaurant, everything was perfect: excellent pizza, fast service, and very friendly staff and manager. They greeted us with a smile even though they were closing. I recommend both the restaurant and the rooms. Fair prices. Thank you very much.

An experience to repeat, mouth-watering traditional dishes. Don't leave without trying their fennel liqueur.
We had a homemade appetizer and traditional first course (fileja). Top marks for the waitress and the kitchen 🥰

Small but very cute and welcoming. Efficient and fast service. Traditional dishes made with excellent ingredients. We had fileja, a typical local pasta made by them, truly exceptional... then the chicken and potatoes cooked in a wood-fired oven, sublime! My girls preferred the pizza... what can I say? I tried that, and it was excellent too. Highly recommended!

A real trattoria next to the SS18, typical local appetizers, then fileja seasoned and creamed in a sublime way, a spectacular grilled meat...... everything really home-made (even the bread), the only small flaw is the heat... excellent price
