It's a shame about the service, which is absolutely biblical due to the waiting times... if you have the patience to wait 90 minutes for food, then you can do it because the sandwiches are excellent....

Excellent sandwiches, but the long waits are inexplicable. It's unusual for a takeout order to take out to be half an hour, and for a dine-in order to be three hours long.

07/12/2025: Solid pastry shop with character, attention to detail, good cappuccino and fresh pastries. Super clean bathroom. Excellent selection.
03/10/2025: Typical Ligurian service, with a grumbling attitude. Strange for Tuscany. And they make the latte macchiato with a drop of leftover coffee, not freshly brewed coffee. Very expensive. Delicious pastries. The strong point is that you can sit there without anyone telling you anything.
