Excellent pizzeria by the slice immediately outside the Porta del Carmine in Viterbo. Delicious potato and mozzarella pizza, and with the typical dough of Umbria and Alto Lazio. The margherita is also very good. The girls who work there are very friendly ❤️, it's a shame about the small place, with almost no places to lean on to eat their delicious pizza.

Good but not great. At 7pm I found about twenty people in front of me, but they were quite quick in serving. I didn't understand how the cost is determined since they weigh the whole carton with red pizza without mozzarella and various pizzas stuffed in different ways. Also, I asked about the white pizza and was told it wouldn't be out anymore. I don't know!

Wide selection of pizza by the slice all very good. Very fast service don't be scared if there are a lot of people.

26/05/2025: The quality of the food and the cuisine are excellent but the service staff makes the difference! Last night we were served by a very kind and professional waitress who made us appreciate the quality of the food and convinced us to come back; tonight by another person with short hair, unfriendly, hasty and rude who answered with arrogance and annoyance and was only in a hurry to take away the dishes and get rid of the customers.... It seemed like another place! Too bad

20/07/2025: Excellent traditional dishes. The pizza is also excellent. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended
09/07/2025: We ate very well. Typical Roman and Tuscan dishes, being just a few kilometers away. Pappardelle, tagliatelle, and much more with wild boar and garlic sauce, pancetta, and parmesan, and much more. The typical Roman pizza was very good, as was the cone of mixed fried fish with supplì and olives.
