Definitely one of the best takeaway pizzas by the slice in Viterbo.

Excellent pizzeria by the slice immediately outside the Porta del Carmine in Viterbo. Delicious potato and mozzarella pizza, and with the typical dough of Umbria and Alto Lazio. The margherita is also very good. The girls who work there are very friendly ❤️, it's a shame about the small place, with almost no places to lean on to eat their delicious pizza.

Good but not great. At 7pm I found about twenty people in front of me, but they were quite quick in serving. I didn't understand how the cost is determined since they weigh the whole carton with red pizza without mozzarella and various pizzas stuffed in different ways. Also, I asked about the white pizza and was told it wouldn't be out anymore. I don't know!

Wide selection of pizza by the slice all very good. Very fast service don't be scared if there are a lot of people.

You can't go to Viterbo and not get the tozzetti in this place where the priority is genuine ingredients and care in the various preparations. I live in Lombardy and I met Ghiottone thanks to my partner from Viterbo. The pizzas are excellent, the tozzetti and the other biscuits that I stocked up on at Christmas are superlative, after having a chat with the two kitchen artists whose words clearly reveal a great love for their work.

La pizza più Buona del Viterbese....personale squisito...Non vi spaventate per la fila...sono talmente veloci che in 5 minuti servono 10 persone
