This review isn't about the gelato. Sometimes we forget that service, kindness, customer service, and attentiveness are fundamental parts of the customer experience. Quality service makes you want to return, even beyond the gelato itself. The blonde lady in Piazza degli Artisti is always so polite, friendly, and smiling that she makes you want to return even if the gelato is mediocre. (It isn't.) Dear business owners, choose your staff carefully.

Tuvimos un fin de semana largo y probablemente comimos 4 helados al día. Vinimos aquí en nuestro último día y definitivamente fue el mejor. Los sabores eran geniales con una buena selección para elegir. Lo recomiendo mucho
