Excellent quality products...they make delicious cream. I haven't found cream like it in Italy yet, not even in Sicily.

The ice cream at Menella's is as good as ever, but the service... unfriendly is an understatement. Not recommended.

One of the best ice cream shops in the Portici area. It should be noted that there are no restrooms; there's no convenient or safe parking.

The quality of the ice creams is declining, and the staff isn't at all friendly. I had two ice creams, and they were inedible. The pistachio was bitter and sour, it seemed like it had gone bad, and the salty cremino was anything but a "cremino." It's a shame because I've always had a good experience. I hope you can address these small inconsistencies. Rating 5/10
