First time at Mennella in Portici. Ice cream found tasty and the girl very friendly. So, first experience, positive. I hope the same in the next occasions.

I had left a very positive review, but I will have to review it... Nothing to say about the quality of the ice creams, really excellent, but I often found staff who were really unpleasant and unfriendly, especially lazy (they served me the ice cream in a bad way and above all badly made...) This really makes me sad... Rating 7

01/09/2025: I'm very sorry to write this review. But after some time we went back to eat. Total disappointment. Appetizer, defrosted octopus, nothing exceptional, then, mussel soup, gave me heartburn, but the first course, spaghetti with clams, no comment, spaghetti in bianco with 7 clams, I think it was one of the worst I've eaten, and I travel around (throughout Italy), not just Campania...
