If you love the Ligurian hinterland with its typical products, artichokes, Taggiasca olives and local wines, you cannot miss the appointment at the Dito in Garlenda oil mill with wood-fired pizza, all topped off with a mixed appetizer from the land with typical products such as Ligurian panissa, artichokes in oil that they themselves prepare marinated sardines, simple but special.

We eat well here. We tried the paella, the pizzas, the appetizers, the fried bread with cured meats. Everything was excellent and also the value for money 👌

Had a house starter for two, good but a little improvable. Maybe some things were served hot, but it varied. Excellent focaccia with pistachio mortadella and trumpets. Excellent and delicate trumpet ravioli with butter, sage and lemon. Good gnocchi with octopus ragout. Then, full, we skipped the second course and had desserts: cannoli and cassata. One better than the other. What can I say, all very well

Il frantoio is that pizzeria where you should always go because it feels like you're at home, it's welcoming, the staff is very nice and the food is spectacular. I recommend it to everyone, I absolutely love mixed fried fish which is fantastic.

It is recommended to reserve a table. You can watch pizza being baked. Very friendly hospitality, good food. Pizza available for pickup.

15/08/2024: Good pizza, medium low service, to serve 4 pizzas at the table 1 hour of waiting. In summer the place is not air conditioned and you sweat just by standing still. It would be appropriate to use air conditioners. In these conditions it is impossible to eat on site.
11/08/2024: The pizza is good, but if you don't want to sweat the baptismal waters in the summer, it's better not to choose this place.

03/08/2024: Very tasty food at fair prices. Unfortunately there were fewer seats outside at the fresh lift so we had to take a seat in the restaurant.
31/07/2024: Some very good pizzas, fast and attentive service, but the pasta dishes or desserts have a lot of improvement.
