Historic Tuscan trattoria, I went as a young girl with my parents, managed by the 7th generation of the family, of origin, I returned for my 60th, the same flavors as in the past, excellent hospitality. (there are few trattorias left where you can eat genuine food). Excellent

Historic Tuscan trattoria existing since the end of the 19th century. Managed by the seventh generation of the original family. I returned after many years. I found the same atmosphere and the same flavors of the past. There is quite a lot of free parking around. Retro atmosphere but that's what attracts about a place like this. Typical Tuscan menu. Super ribollita and grilled chicken. Good house wine. Average prices. Very kind and attentive staff. For me a point of reference in the area. I highly recommend it if you want to immerse yourself in ancient flavors.

If you are looking for a place with simple, good and genuine cuisine, well... this is the right place. We started with a typical appetizer at the center of the table. The selection of cured meats is good and the varieties of bread offered are interesting. I particularly appreciated the mixed grill and the Fiorentina, a trip back in time when catering was simple but tasty. Wine list not too extensive, typically regional (that's right), a little confusing but with really excellent prices. The only technical flaw is that by offering truly important wines at low costs, it is a great shame that there are not a series of glasses suitable for best enjoying the desired wine. But apart from this flaw, everything was really pleasant. The staff were polite and friendly, the environment was clean and characteristic. It will definitely be a point of reference. The peposo was good, the tagliatelle on the guinea fowl ragout were really too dry. Very good and courteous service. Wine list rightly oriented towards local excellence. Environment that could be more welcoming and modernized.

5 stars are not enough, fantastic welcome, you feel at home, the food is delicious especially the steak and to die for, the tastes and flavors are spectacular, and the homemade desserts are delicious, good guys, happy continuation

Trattoria tipica Toscana, attività storica,ambiente rustico, servizio attento e cordiale. Buoni la carne ed i tortelli. Prezzi nella media. Sicuramente consigliato per assaggiare piatti toscani...tra cui le penne al sugo di lampredotto, non l'ho provate, ma i miei amici hanno molto apprezzato!

Cozy environment, you can eat downstairs in the delicatessen or upstairs in more intimate rooms, in the summer even outside. Their strong dishes are undoubtedly the typical Tuscan dishes, that is, meat, which have that extra something that only the experience handed down by. "They play at home, here you also eat the memories that the dishes that your grandmother made for you evoke in your memory" Type: Prato-style celery.. You will find many delicious things, from land and sea. An infinite number of "delicious" dishes to try. Wild boar ragout, mixed grills, Cinta Senese ribs. You can also find typical Tuscan pizza that is "fine" but very good. I can only recommend it, I've always felt very comfortable. The fast and attentive service
29/10/2024: When I returned to Prato from China in the fall, I found that this store was closed. During the two years when I moved to Prato for my research, I went to this restaurant at least twice almost every month. I always ordered wild boar spaghetti, mushroom pasta and grilled meat platter. This store also has special ingredients from time to time. The boss is always very welcoming. All in all it was a great memory. I will be leaving Italy soon, but I will miss it.

23/12/2024: Amici ci hanno invitato a cena 🍲 n questo storico ristorante pratese. Locale frequentato da pratesi e questo per me è positivo. Che dire, tutto sommato cena positiva, e pietanze buone. Servizio OK. Ho dato 4 stelle perché mi è mancato quel qualcosa in più che mi facesse scattare la quinta stella. Location particolare in stile medievale, ma poco calda e poco accogliente. Una pecca, una volta usciti, gli abiti odoravano in modo forte di mangiare. Prezzo un pochino troppo alto nel complesso. Comunque da provare sicuramente una volta. Nota di merito, alcune ricette storiche pratesi come il sedano ripieno.
