Good cakes, but service needs improvement. I booked a baking cake in advance, specifying that I needed it for a certain time for a party. Upon collection, a few hours before the event, I was told that it could not be consumed for at least half a day. I understand that frozen cakes are sold, but the staff who takes telephone reservations should always remember to specify the defrosting times to the customer; or at least suggest that the collection must be carried out with certain times based on the type of cake. I was told (without even too much displeasure) that "our customers know that they are frozen cakes", that's fine but then you do your part by making it easier for the customer to remember the defrosting times. To improve communication, two more words are enough and you save a customer! However, since I had paid for the cake, I appreciated that it was replaced with another cake of my choice from those present in the shop.

Excellent cakes at fair prices.
