A little gem in Balestrino! Il Dolce Castello is a lovely, cozy café with some of the best pastries I've had in the area. You can truly taste the difference because everything is handmade, in-house, with real care and quality ingredients. Katiuscia runs the place with the help of her mother, and you immediately feel the warm, family atmosphere—friendly, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about what they do. A pleasant coffee stop on a Sunday bike ride. Friendly, welcoming, and above all, delicious! And they even accept Satispay. 10/10!
