Visited last week in the afternoon, admission was €7, which was more than reasonable. They explained the history to us and gave us a guide so we could visit without missing anything. A beautiful castle. A guide is available in the morning for those who want it.

Un posto veramente accogliente, con staff gentilissimo! La cucina ottima e i prezzi giusti. Anche la scelta di musica eccellente. Non trovo difetti in questo posto,lo consiglio per chi vuole passare un’ottima serata a godersi il paesaggio strepitoso.

Wonderful castle, the staff is highly trained, very professional, and friendly. I love the parties and exhibitions this castle organizes to bring it to life again. You can also stay overnight and eat inside ☺️

Bellissima location con terrazza dove gustare un buon aperitivo o cena ,davanti ad un tramonto meraviglioso... Il castello è bellissimo ,personale molto gentile e disponibile per ogni esigenza noi abbiamo partecipato ad una serata di cineforum ben organizzata abbiamo preso un ottimo cocktail con dei buoni salati quindici euro a persone . Ci torneremo sicuramente

19/07/2025: The place where we ate best during our vacation in Salento, staying in the Poggiardo area for dinner. We didn't want to take the car even in the evening, so we always stayed in town! The staff were great, young, and helpful. The food was excellent, and the price was fair! Well done, guys. Keep it up!

16/09/2025: The pizza is very good, and they also offer more specialized versions. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, including the courtyard outside. Unfortunately, we had a rather unattractive table at the very edge. A fan or generator next to it was constantly making noise. What I liked least was the service. Our waitress, not even the lady at the cash register, didn't even smile. As a result, we didn't really feel welcome. Otherwise, the service was very fast.
13/09/2025: Excellent pizza, light and perfectly leavened. Top-quality ingredients. The only flaw is that the dessert is a bit small.
