Una bellissima sorpresa di questo territorio. Bellissimo il castello, intrigante la sua storia ma un encomio particolare ai giovani delle tre cooperative che lo animano per farlo "volare"

Small provincial town, with its ancient houses

Beautiful, perhaps one of the most beautiful and well-kept in Salento, kind and trained guides, perhaps little appreciated and advertised.

We visited on a Sunday, and were lucky to get a tour with the beautiful lady working st the information desk. Her explanations in very good English gave us a very nice introduction to the culture of the region. We really enjoyed it 😊

Suggestive place well used for cultural and social events

One the most beautiful fortified medieval castles in Salento. It has been restored in recent years. The castle now boasts a trendy restaurant bar, seating areas all located on the roof terrace. There are great views of the Corigliano D'Otranto's baroque architecture. This amazing place is popular for hosting music performance concerts and weddings. I encourage visitors to explore these unique formations in nearby town of Otranto for it's stunning Aragonese Castle charmingly restored in recent years to it's former glory.
