31/07/2025: A charming place, with incredibly fresh and well-prepared fish, and excellent first courses with just the right amount of seasoning that adds flavor to the dish, far removed from those oil-soaked first courses that rival only plain pasta. Compliments to the chef. Friendly and courteous staff. Excellent value for money... what more can I say? Highly recommended, we'll be back soon.

From the first moment, you can feel the elegant and refined atmosphere, perfect for those seeking a combination of quality, flavor, and hospitality. The fish is absolutely fresh, expertly cooked, and impeccably presented. Each dish showcases Mediterranean tradition with a touch of creativity that surprises and captivates. The staff is exceptionally kind, always attentive but never intrusive. Truly exceptionally professional. The owners, exquisite in their hospitality, make every guest feel at home, with that authentic warmth that only special places can offer. And Il Delfino proved to be a special place. The cleanliness of the premises and professionalism are impeccable, as is the service: everything arrives at the right pace, allowing you to enjoy every course without waiting or rushing. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Ischia looking for a top-notch gastronomic experience. It will be a must-visit for me every time I visit Ischia.
