We had a great time today at this restaurant in Caprarola! The refined and themed aspect gave us the opportunity to review Caravaggio's beautiful paintings and explain them to our daughter, always curious to listen to new stories while waiting for the dishes. I must say that, in this case, the wait was very short: the kind waitress quickly brought the ordered dishes, which we really liked. Also noteworthy is the availability of gluten-free dishes, from appetizers to desserts, truly appreciated! We recommend it

Came across this restaurant by chance but pleasantly surprised by the quality and goodness of the food. More than generous portions, so much so that we asked for a doggy bag for the second course of fish for which none of us had room yet (in our bellies 😛)

This restaurant was a very pleasant surprise in the small village of Caprarola so rich in history. Chosen by chance, we were fully satisfied in all aspects, from the warm and welcoming environment to the lady who welcomed us who immediately made us feel like saying "pampered" and then concluded with the food and preparations of excellent finish and quality. Special land appetizers as well as fish ones, delicious first courses, a rich and varied menu, and a great value for money. I highly recommend it and I hope to return too!!

The Il Caravaggio restaurant in Caprarola is a piece of art history. Inside there is a wonderful statue of St. Michael the Archangel and the original ceiling dating back to the noble family that owned the building is something incredible. The entire room is decorated with splendid reproductions of works by Caravaggio that warm the soul and kiss the eyes....Exceptional, refined food, served with elegance but at the same time simplicity in a family atmosphere but welcomed in a noble environment. Ilaria the owner is a very nice person who fills the room with her radiant and genuine smile. Thank you for existing🙏🙏
