Great food and service. The extremely kind and attentive staff makes the restaurant a super welcoming place. PS. I recommend ordering the suckling pig with potatoes because it is something exceptional. The care with which they prepare it through very slow cooking makes it delicious. I've never had it so good anywhere else!

I was with my family and we chose the menu with roast suckling pig with potatoes and I must say that it was very tender, with crunchy rind and very good, only in Sardinia have I experienced the same flavor and goodness.

The best in the area.....excellent food Extremely helpful staff and owner... They hosted us for a dinner for the motoclub and were very kind... I recommend... or rather an obligatory stop for anyone passing by.... GREAT...LUCA AND HIS STAFFFFFF❤❤❤❤

La pizzeria è stata una scoperta che ha arricchito la nostra vacanza. Abbiamo mangiato la pizza due volte in questo locale e siamo rimasti sbalorditi dalla dedizione che ci mettono nella presentazione dei piatti, della qualità dei prodotti, della fantasia delle pizze proposte e della friggitoria, della cortesia e attenzione dei proprietari. Ci hanno addirittura coccolato con un dolce alla nutella, e dell'amaro tipico, offerto da loro. Di più non si può chiedere! Estate prossima ci torneremo sicuramente!

Andare a Coreno da Luca e Maria è sempre un piacere!!! Atmosfera familiare cibo ottimo di qualità eccezionale!!! La gentilezza e il calore che offe questa osteria è davvero unico!!! Prezzo ottimo personale educato e veloce!!!! Andate dal Brigante non ve ne pentirete!!!!

11/02/2025: Excellent family run restaurant, had such a great meal. The fillet with mushrooms and fiochetti (italian dumplings) was really amazing. Caprese salad and mixed bruschetta were very fresh and simple. Great Giacobbe Cesanese wine. Even the french fries were really good!!! Ive been to a lot of restaurants in Fiuggi, this is one of the best for sure!
09/02/2025: Welcoming place, staff who are very attentive to the customer, truly special dishes... the gricia and the polenta are highly recommended.
