Il bettoliere is an excellent restaurant which in addition to being surrounded by an enchanting mountainous backdrop... It offers a unique and sublime cuisine with unique and typical high quality dishes. Both the chef's ability to present the dishes in an enveloping way and all the support of the family are masterful, and thanks to their pure availability and full affability, we enter a purely human and welcoming dimension. We didn't feel like we were passing through on a trip at all, but we had the feeling of being an integral part of a lifestyle. Which I will carry as a model to imitate.
