ATTENTION NEW MANAGER! This review was for the previous pizzeria. I need to try it before judging. What can I say? It's definitely one of the best pizzerias serving Northern Italian-style thin-crust pizzas. Not a good choice if you're looking for Neapolitan pizza, as the dough is very thin. But if you like this type of pizza, you're in the right place. The dough is easy to digest and the ingredients are high-quality. The place is very small, so we don't always order take-out. Delivery is almost always fast, though. 8/10

The setting is not ideal (busy main street), but very good for eating a good pizza fairly quickly in Bolzano.

Amazing thin crust Pizza. Very friendly service. We also got a bottle of water gifted in the midday heat to keep ourselves cool.
