Went with my daughter to have lunch after the sea. Large umbrellas from the sun, convenient distance of tables from each other. Nice staff. Pasta is very tasty and large portions. I recommend this place.

A friend recommended it to me, and I was expecting a little more: good, home-style cooking, but when I went, they'd completely forgotten to add salt to every course, from pasta to mussels marinara to sautéed chicory. It's a shame they didn't have grilled fish, which, I'd say, is their strong point. The only positive thing was the portions of the first courses: huge!

In the dishes I tasted, I found too much tomato sauce in the tonnarelli allo scoglio and too much salt in the fried food.
However, if you're looking for generous portions and reasonable prices, without worrying too much about quality, this is the right place for you.

The pastas are very large, we couldn't finish them, although we were hungry, we ate pasta vongole - it was very oversalted, the atmosphere was friendly, but they didn't bring the check, they told us the amount verbally, the amount was overstated by 20€ - tip so we didn't leave, we won't come back - it's a pity

I came to eat at this restaurant recommended to me by a friend. A very small place with tables overlooking one of the main squares of Anzio. The menu includes simple but always fresh dishes and very abundant first courses! We had fried calamari and shrimp, dry and soft, followed by grilled shrimp, sautéed chicory and flaky fried potatoes (made by them, not the frozen ones) I would have liked to try a grilled fish, but since I arrived late unfortunately it was finished! The owner explained to me that they only work with the fresh fish they find daily.
To finish, coffee, and a cherry bitter that the owner insisted on me tasting because he makes it personally and is very proud of it! (I would have drunk another 5, they are addictive)
A pleasant discovery in Anzio. I will return soon to try the grilled fish...
