An oasis of peace, trained staff who can recommend the tea that best suits you, a wide variety of the highest quality and carefully selected so as not to distort the Japanese mission of the place. Price appropriate to the experience and they also sell Japanese tea and accessories to the public.

We had a lovely time visiting Ikiya in March 2025. We each got a different variety of tea, and tried quite a few of their Japanese snack offerings, and everything was delicious and beautifully presented. The staff explained (in English or Italian) how long to let the tea steep, and how to pour and drink it, without making us feel like idiots. The market was also nice to browse, they had some great products available. We definitely want to come back.

Authentic Japanese tea room, small and tastefully decorated. Calm environment that invites slowness. There is a certain coldness, in the welcome and in the room. A unique place in its kind.

This is a very nice tea room There is the possibility of tasting different types of Japanese tea, rigorously selected and purchased in Japan You can also find typical Japanese sweets such as Tayaki and Dorayaki You can also buy products such as teapots, sets of plates, chopsticks and some clothing items. The shop is Italian-run, so you will not find Japanese staff

Just returning from a trip to Treviso with my daughter I was in this enchanting place. For oriental enthusiasts it is a place not to be missed, there is an atmosphere of absolute relaxation, very few tables, a spacious environment, harmony and serenity reign supreme. Inside there is also the possibility of buying their teas and much more (kimonos, oriental foods, cups, teapots, etc.). Wide selection on the menu. Kindness and courtesy. 5 well deserved stars.

An excellent Japanese tea room run by enthusiasts who make you understand their love for Japan by the care they put into everything. They are also very kind. You can find vegan and gluten-free treats to accompany the wide range of teas available. They also have objects from Japan such as traditional clothing and ceramics.

I have been a regular visitor to Ikiya for years, it is a small corner of Japan where you can immerse yourself in a different atmosphere, for a special experience and with a selection of carefully prepared and always high quality teas and sweets. The girls are always ready to assist customers, in the tea room as in the shop, to always guarantee the best with courtesy and competence. Highly recommended!

13/02/2025: There aren't many places around Treviso that offer brunch; Caffelarte is one of these and it does so in a refined, elegant, but far from formal environment. You order à la carte and the variety of courses is wide, both in terms of savory and sweet, with the typical brunch dishes (pancakes, eggs and bacon etc.) to which are added revisited Italian dishes, such as carbonara with puffed macaroni. The variety of drinks is also good with lots of fruit as a base, although there is a lack of American-style coffee, which should be there in a brunch. The service is professional, although not very empathetic and sometimes distracted. The price is good: taking 2/3 courses you spend around 25 euros each. 07/11/2024: Excellent ice cream for the quality of the raw materials, generous portions and honest prices in relation to the product served. Very friendly and helpful staff. It is also worth a visit when arriving from neighboring towns in Casale sul Sile. Highly recommended.
