I have been going to this place for 10 years now, since it was much smaller and only sold objects. Elisabetta has created a corner of Japan in all respects. He knows Japanese culture and traditions perfectly, the items on sale are fantastic handcrafted pieces from Japan, there are lots of products for cooking too and then the tea room is exceptional. Antonella, a super expert on Japanese teas, will be able to recommend the most suitable one for you. And then the desserts are amazing, I love dango! Really beautiful, friendly, kind and helpful people, a magical place where I always feel at home.

I haven't been to their store personally but I made a purchase online. I also contacted them for clarification after the order and they responded immediately with availability.
Fast shipping, well packaged package, top products. Thank you for this little corner of Japan that is always varied, replenished and updated.

Arriving for an afternoon tea break, a friend and I spent some truly quality time: the environment is always very relaxing, the owner and staff very knowledgeable and helpful :) the green tea, matcha latte and sweets were delicious. It's always a pleasure to drop by!

Every time I go it's always a pleasant confirmation. Very kind in advising you, excellent imported products, family atmosphere. In short, everything was perfect! Reservations are always recommended as there are few internal tables. A little corner of Japan in Treviso!!

This place transports people to the oriental world with the traditions of a Japanese tea house. The place is intimate and welcoming for this reason, unless you happen to enter by chance like what happened to me the first time, I recommend making a reservation.
The two owners are very kind and thoughtful: for this reason, they guide customers step by step in their experience and tasting.

I recently bought an item of vintage clothing on the site. Unfortunately there was a mix-up with the courier who for some reason never actually attempted home delivery. The owners contacted me when the address needed to be corrected and then kept me informed every day about the solution to the situation. I finally managed to get my beautiful haori and I am so grateful for all the patience, courtesy and professionalism the staff showed.
Thank you so much and I hope to be able to visit the physical store soon too!

I have been to this beautiful tea room twice as a couple. The first time I consumed a very good fruity dessert and consumed the cake of the month which was an excellent sponge cake with tea and cherry blossoms. The second time we had a caramel latte and dorayaki. I highly recommend it for the relaxing climate and the very kind staff who help even people who are new to tea culture in their choice. Furthermore, both the desserts (they change often and always fresh and artisanal) and the alternative tea drinks are excellent so it is also suitable for non-tea lovers. Please note that the menu changes from season to season (in summer there is also ice cream) so a delicious snack worth having!

A corner of Japan in Treviso? Apparently yes, and it's beautiful! Ikiya is a compact place with few seats so watch out at peak times or on days when they organize events because you could be left empty-handed, the super helpful staff will still try to find you accommodation (first-hand experience). Those who go to Ikiya must not be in a hurry, they must live and savor the present moment. In short, it is not the place to enter, consume and exit. The tea room menu is the nightmare of the undecided because one would simply like to try everything while the shop area is a serious attack on anyone who dreams of the land of the rising sun. The staff, as I was saying, is attentive and helpful which I believe is unique in its kind and helps to make a break in this place even more experiential. Chance or destiny Ikiya finds himself in front of a comic shop that only sells manga and anime. The combination of the two businesses is a Bermuda Triangle for salary. If you want to feel like you're in Japan without taking a plane, Ikiya is the name to enter in your navigator.
