I have been a regular visitor to Ikiya for years, it is a small corner of Japan where you can immerse yourself in a different atmosphere, for a special experience and with a selection of carefully prepared and always high quality teas and sweets. The girls are always ready to assist customers, in the tea room as in the shop, to always guarantee the best with courtesy and competence. Highly recommended!

Very welcoming and particular environment, the owner is always available to advise or explain, both regarding the objects present and the culinary part, the tea room menu is essential but complete, it is difficult not to find something you don't want to try. The weekend dessert is fabulous. We always come back willingly. Congratulations for the service and for the originality and particularity of the shop!

We had wanted to go there for a long time and the experience was great! The tea room is small and welcoming, the choice of teas is refined and denotes the care and professionalism of the owners. I have been going to this place for 10 years now, since it was much smaller and only sold objects. Elisabetta has created a corner of Japan in all respects. He knows Japanese culture and traditions perfectly, the items on sale are fantastic handcrafted pieces from Japan, there are lots of products for cooking too and then the tea room is exceptional. Antonella, a super expert on Japanese teas, will be able to recommend the most suitable one for you. And then the desserts are amazing, I love dango! Really beautiful, friendly, kind and helpful people, a magical place where I always feel at home.

Arriving for an afternoon tea break, a friend and I spent some truly quality time: the environment is always very relaxing, the owner and staff very knowledgeable and helpful :) the green tea, matcha latte and sweets were delicious. It's always a pleasure to drop by!

This place transports people to the oriental world with the traditions of a Japanese tea house. The place is intimate and welcoming for this reason, unless you happen to enter by chance like what happened to me the first time, I recommend making a reservation. The two owners are very kind and thoughtful: for this reason, they guide customers step by step in their experience and tasting.

I recently bought an item of vintage clothing on the site. Unfortunately there was a mix-up with the courier who for some reason never actually attempted home delivery. The owners contacted me when the address needed to be corrected and then kept me informed every day about the solution to the situation. I finally managed to get my beautiful haori and I am so grateful for all the patience, courtesy and professionalism the staff showed.
