Ichiban Ramen In Treviso

We chose to dine at this restaurant, which we'd heard about for a while, intrigued by the many positive reviews. The place is completely Japanese-themed, from the anime-inspired placemats to the detailed decor. We each ordered one dish, accompanied by two portions of meat dumplings (four pieces in total). The dumplings were very good, with a flavorful filling and perfectly cooked. The ramen, on the other hand, impressed me with the generous amount of noodles: perhaps a little too much for the broth, but overall the dish was tasty and well-balanced in flavor. My dish in particular—spaghetti with diced bacon, bamboo shoots, and peanut granola—was a real surprise. It was truly delicious: super flavorful, with the bacon adding just the right amount of crunch and intensity. Overall, a very positive experience: friendly service, a refined atmosphere, and dishes worth trying.

The best ramen in downtown Treviso! Truly excellent food, authentic flavors, and quality ingredients—probably the best ramen in the city. Fast and friendly service, a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Reasonable prices, and a full menu available online. The place isn't very big, so it's best to book in advance, especially on weekends. Highly recommended for those who love authentic Japanese cuisine! 🍜

The atmosphere is nice, but the seats are a bit crowded. The ramen is too simple, with only a few slices of meat and egg, and no other fillings. 14.5 euros for a bowl is really expensive. There are only 3 flavors of ramen and not many side dishes. The overall price is a bit high.

The food was really tasty, with limited options, but very good ones. They have ramen (obviously) as well as dumplings and other interesting options. The desserts were also very good and the prices were average. Just one suggestion: a few more smiles; the staff was a bit grumpy.

I had ramen here for the first time, and I have to say it was very tasty. The broth was delicious, the noodles well-cooked, and the bacon and spring onions were lovely. Really excellent, especially for the price💯

Nice Japanese-themed location. The ramen? Just okay for me; I've had better. The takoyaki were soggy; I wasn't sold on them! The only good thing about the ramen was the egg, which was really good! The meat tasted like it was burnt on a griddle.
