Ichiban Ramen In Treviso

We went for dinner. The ramen was good, but the side dishes could be improved. The decor is fabulous. At the end of the meal, they offered us a liqueur and a gift to finish. They were very kind to answer our questions. See you soon!

We've been to this ramen restaurant in Treviso several times and can say without a doubt that it's our favorite. The food is truly delicious and tasty, with intense and well-balanced flavors. The place is cute, welcoming, and pleasant, ideal for both a casual dinner and a return visit. We also tried Ichiban in Padua, which belongs to the same chain, and in comparison, we noticed that, flavor-wise, the Treviso location is decidedly superior. The only flaw is the service, which unfortunately seems a bit disorganized: the staff doesn't seem to have a clear system for recording orders, and the lack of tools like a PDA makes the service less fluid. This is an aspect that needs to be addressed, because the quality of the cuisine definitely deserves better. That said, it's still a place we recommend for the quality of the food.

A very cute Japanese anime-themed restaurant with a quiet and welcoming atmosphere. We tried two types of ramen and another dish, aimen, with buckwheat noodles, without broth, and we all loved it. Everything was very tasty and filling. The ramen is considered a one-dish meal and is very filling on its own. We also tried a dessert, teoyaki, with sweet red bean sauce and whipped cream. Everything was delicious and highly recommended, and the quality/price ratio is excellent!

The recreated atmosphere is beautiful, but it's a shame we didn't find the flavors of Japan. Average price.

Upon returning from Japan, I wanted to rediscover the flavors of that cuisine. The atmosphere is quite reminiscent of some of the local restaurants. I tried their ramen, the version named after the restaurant, and it wasn't bad. My only complaint was that I would have used far fewer noodles and made the chicken broth richer. However, this doesn't detract from the enjoyment of eating the best ramen in Treviso. I wasn't satisfied with the gyoza, which I don't think are homemade. All of this was washed down with classic Asahi beer. I didn't try the desserts, but I wouldn't leave the macha tiramisu off the menu, at least in Treviso.

Amazing experience! We had ramen for the first time and fell in love. We also tried the ravioli and red bean mochi. Everything was delicious and had authentic flavors. The place was small but well-maintained; they even had us sit at the counter. We'll definitely be back!
