Excellent quality of the fish, the environment is super welcoming, thanks to the girls who are very kind and make people feel at home. Excellent value for money.

In the Ferno area there is definitely a restaurant you can rely on. The all you can eat is slightly more expensive than average, but it is justified by the always clean place, a truly friendly and precise staff, and a quality of food found in few other restaurants of the same type. The dishes arrive quickly, the menu offers enough choice for lunch and plenty of choice for dinner. Everything I've tried from the menu has never disappointed me, from the starters, to the tempura, to the sushi.

Spektacular food creations to a very high standard. Kind, helpful and attentive staff. Definitely a recommendation (go for the all you can eat, else there is too much to miss out).

We always come back willingly, simple but welcoming environment, attentive and non-frantic service, don't expect an infinite menu but certainly enough to spend a nice evening, good and well presented dishes, in my opinion even improved compared to last year. Advised.

Posto molto carino con persone gentilissimo. Abbiamo optato per l' opzione AYCE e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Pesce fresco, varietà soddisfacente e anche gli special ben fatti, non esagerati come in altri posti. Servizio veloce.

07/01/2025: Very nice place where I love coming to eat ❤️ I also organized a birthday there and everything was magnificent!✨ The restaurant is divided into two parts, one on the veranda as you enter, and the other inside, but still all united. The fresh fish, the delicious sushi!! But above all, don't take it for granted that the ravioli and bao are fabulous!!! Great range of very good wines! Nice and friendly staff. When I have time and I'm in the area I come here often. I recommend it for those who love à la carte sushi and love an elegant atmosphere. It is located on a main pedestrian street.

The variety of dishes is wide, perfect both for those looking for traditional flavors and for those who want to try something new. You immediately notice the attention to the quality and freshness of the ingredients, which makes every bite an authentic experience. The prices are absolutely fair for the level of quality they offer, which makes UMAMI an excellent choice for those who love sushi but don't want to give up good value for money. The service is also excellent: the staff is courteous, attentive and always ready to recommend the best dishes, making the experience even more pleasant. The location is small but welcoming and intimate, ideal for a relaxing dinner or an informal meal, without too much confusion. Even if the restaurant has few tables, this aspect contributes to creating a pleasant and intimate atmosphere, perfect for enjoying each dish to the fullest. UMAMI is located along the national road, a convenient location for those passing through or living in the area. I highly recommend trying this restaurant to anyone who is a lover of sushi and Japanese cuisine. It is a little jewel in the Fermo area, where you are happy to return every time to enjoy fresh and authentic flavours.
