An evening with friends, all around 18 years old. A pleasant evening with excellent fried food and delicious Neapolitan pizza. Everyone was satisfied with the wonderful evening, the quality of the food, and the friendliness and helpfulness of the owners and waiters. Service was prompt and the prices were excellent. Highly recommended.

Excellent pizza, the best in the area. Really good and easy to digest. I, who am lactose intolerant, have had the marinara once and the focaccia with arugula, cherry tomatoes, and parmesan shavings once, and I've never had any digestive issues. They told me they can get lactose-free mozzarella if I let them know in advance. The dough is truly delicate and easy to digest. The service is very attentive and helpful. I'll be back many more times.

Margherita pizzas and another specialty pizza, distant relatives of the traditional Neapolitan pizza. The pizza chef (owner) justified himself by saying they're pizzas from the Sorrento school!!! No comment.

A truly wonderful Neapolitan pizzeria. Quality pizza and fried foods, and friendly, attentive service. There's a bit of a wait for your food, but the place was busy, so that's understandable.

Very, very good fried foods and desserts. The owners are very kind and helpful. Personally, I'm not crazy about the pizza. There's something about the dough, the leavening, the cooking, or the combination of all three that makes it a bit chewy.

Excellent as I remembered it!!!!

After discovering it online while searching for a Neapolitan pizzeria in the Castelli Romani area, I went there on a Saturday evening with my family. I'm sorry to leave a less-than-favorable review, but for my tastes, it's just not up to par. I ordered a calzone with provola, sausage, and broccoli rabe. The broccoli rabe, besides being excessively bitter and therefore unpleasant, had been poorly cleaned: thick, tough stems had been left behind, practically inedible. Furthermore, the calzone itself was strange, because part of the sauce was on the outside, making the surface soggy. Essentially, it lacked the crust that a proper calzone should have. It may be a "touch" from the pizza chef, but I didn't particularly appreciate it. The provola and sausage, on the other hand, weren't bad, but the bitterness of the broccoli rabe overpowered everything. My daughter and wife, on the other hand, ordered a pizza with cooked ham and potato croquettes. Here too, there were some issues: my daughter's was okay (not exceptional), but on my wife's, the mozzarella was poorly distributed, resulting in a dry and slightly charred surface. Prices were average for the area.

I ordered takeout pizza and was really satisfied. The service was prompt and precise, and the pizza was delicious. Congratulations, everything was perfect.
